My lyrical masterpiece

There once was a girl - KEG (my roommate's initials)

Who was trying to get a degree
But try as she might
It was impossible to fight
What she secretly yearned to be.

A hobo or hermit to her
Much better than an entrepreneur
Their lifestyle ideal
Who needs an automobile?
A trashcan in the city she'd prefer.

And so she continues her quest
Though you, her lifestyle might protest
Digging for treasure
And finding great pleasure
In the trashcan she builds her a nest

And so concludes my great tale
Though lacking many a detail
Kara's really a gem
And we shouldn't condemn
That she frequently drinks too much ale.

Voila! That, my friends, is just a little lyrical masterpiece I came up with last night. My roommates and I had to introduce our apartment at ward prayer so we decided to write poems about each other. Granted, absolutely nothing from my poem is truthful but I was just impressed that I was able to come up with 4 limericks and that many rhyming words!!
